How does it work?

In order to explore our complete product line, simply choose a category or a brand you wish to investigate. You can also search the site through key words, like the reference of a product for instance.

Having made your choice, select size or option for the product, as well as quantity and then click on "add to cart".

You'll then have the opportunity to pick up other items or finish your order off by clicking on "check out" or on "go cash".

If this is your first purchase on this site :
  • Select your geographical zone and click on "Recalculate" to calculate delivery fees according your geographical zone.

  • Fill in your name, address, email ...

The site is going to send you an email containing your password as well as a link on which it will be necessary to click to confirm your order. You will choose your method of payment then (credit card or C.O.D.) and will continue all stages to the finalization of your order.

If this is not your first purchase on this site :
  • Introduce your email address as well as your password that have been sent to you at the time of your first order and click on to "Send my order" or on "Recalculate according to my account" if you want to know the delivery fees before confirming.

FAQ

I would like to order through your website, but I don't have a credit card, what can I do ?
You can also pay C.O.D. If you do not live in Europe, notice that we accept only paiements with credit cards.

Can I order from your website and pick up the goods in your store ?
No. The only part shared by our mail-order department and our shop is their stock. We cannot keep track of orders through these 2 different services.

Can you reserve an article for me ?
No. As long as an article hasn't been paid, it remains on the website. Therefore, we cannot stop it from being bought by another customer. An article is reserved as soon as an order is confirmed.

The price of an article was lower yesterday than it is today, can I still have yesterday's price ?
No. Our prices change regularly according to distributor prices and availability, or temporary bargains. The price at the time of your order is the only price that will be taken into account.

I've placed an order, but I would like to modify it, is it still possible ?
No. As our order processing is highly automated, we cannot modify an order once it has been packed or your credit card has been charged.

Is the credit card payment secure ?
Yes ! All your personal data is transferred over a secured connection (SSL encryption), so no third party can intercept or access this information. We do neither see the information of your credit card.

I need a spare part, can you order it for me?
For items bought at Rasqui Cycles, we will do our best to find any spare you may need. Please consider that if these parts are not in stock, they can be very difficult to obtain and consequently, it may take us a while to get them. Please contact shop@rasqui.lu or call us at +352 54 01 61 to order these parts.

I've seen a product on a manufacturer's website that is not listed in your catalogue, can you get them for me?
Maybe, it depends on the product and on its availability with our suppliers. Again, we'll do our best! Send us the references of the product at shop@rasqui.lu.

Do you have a regular shop ?
Yes. Our shop in Esch/Alzette is open from Monday until Saturday from 9am to 6pm. We are closed on Monday morning.

How can I trust you ?
Rasqui Cycles has been around for more than 130 years. If we weren't trustworthy, we wouldn't exist anymore.

I've seen one of the products you sell at a lower price than yours at another retailer, can you adjust your price ?
Did you also consider the delivery fees?
